Privacy Policy
Last updated October 2026.
Deltona Strong ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it.
Information We Collect
When you use our contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number (if given), and the content of your message. We do not sell personal information to third parties. See “Cookies and Analytics” below for how analytics cookies work on this site.
Our donation buttons take you to GiveButter, which runs the giving page and has its own privacy policy and cookies.
How We Use It
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your inquiry, connect you with the right program or volunteer opportunity, and communicate about Deltona Strong's work. We do not share your information with outside organizations except as needed to operate our website (for example, our email delivery provider).
SMS/Text Messaging
If you check the SMS opt-in box on one of our forms, we collect your phone number, the exact consent text you agreed to, and the date and time of your consent, so we have a record of your opt-in. We use this information solely to send you the text messages you signed up for (community events, gardens, and organizational updates) and to honor opt-out requests.
SMS/text opt-in and consent data is never shared with third parties or affiliates for any purpose, including marketing.
You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. Reply HELP for help. See our Terms of Use for the full SMS/text messaging terms.
